In case you need to be transferred to a hospital, it is important that you let us know, in order to facilitate the process. At your arrival at the hospital, please make sure you have at hand your National Security Number (AMKA) and your ID number. Also, let the hospital know, your insurance policy number and your insurance company.
Activate your coverage by calling Generali’s Call Center at 210 8096100 or 18112.
For Scheduled Hospitalizations you can notify us online through MyGenerali app, or by phone 1t 2108096100.
You can also apply to receive Pre-approval of your hospitalization by sending all the necessary documents through MyGenerali, at least 5 business days prior to your planned hospitalization.
